After an amazing vinyl set by last month’s guest DJ Masa Niwayama, this month DISCO ROBOT’s residents Felix Moreno & Jaydubb will be striking back with some extended musical journeys of their own.
Expect this voyage to take you for a ride in a rusty time machine through the histories of disco, boogie, funk & soul, with frequent rattling stops at early house & techno milestones. The sparks will fly left, right and centre, and our DJs will dig deep, lay it on lush and beat that shit good for a booty-shaking dance floor expedition.
We are excited to have Hawaiian deck-hand MC Nappy Del Negro on board for a free styling performance on the microphone. Batten down the hatches and listen up, because ol’ Nappy is there to make you happy.
And it should be no secret any longer that Silom’s Black Pagoda is the perfect venue for our trip, just the right mix of chic, mystery and sleaze.
