Dubstep is without doubt THE genre which has taken over the world over the last few years. It’s been a long time coming – it’s been a long time coming, but we are proud t bring you the duo who INVENTED this phenomenal sound.
Individually, Skream & Benga have both enjoyed incredible success. Benga & Coki’s ‘Night’ was undeniably the first dubstep ‘anthem’ & Skream’s remix of La Roux’s ‘In For The Kill’ has become one of the tracks of the decade – earning a 201 Grammy nomination for ‘Best Dance Record’ & earning Skream a platinum disc for sales of over half a million copies. The track was also featured prominently in top US TV show ‘Entourage’.
Their biggest project to date, however, is MAGNETIC MAN – a huge crossover project featuring Skream, Benga & long time friend / collaborator, Artwork.
MAGNETIC MAN have become one of the UK’s dance / electronic giants – headlining the biggest festivals, filling out stadiums & selling bucketloads of records. The seismic ‘I Need Air’ became THE British summer festival anthem of 2010. Not bad for a song about blow jobs.
