Luke James Taylor started his involvement in the music scene as early as 1986 when hip hop and electro first hit the streets of London. Since those early days he has established a firm reputation in London as a deeply funky and creative DJ.
Luke specializes in everything from chilled out bar grooves to bass shaking beats and beyond. From hip hop, house and disco to funk and soul, nu jazz and broken beats plus authentic roots music and much more.
He has promoted and worked with some of the UK’s biggest names: Krafty Kuts, Dynamite MC, Roni Size and Matt Cantor from the Freestylers.
